Nisse (nis·​se): From Nordic Folklore they are traditional guardians of farms, offering protection to families and animals in exchange for kindness. If treated well, they can assist with chores, but they are quick to take offense, often playing tricks or stealing when insulted. So, it's important to treat them with respect!
Thank You for an Amazing Second Season!
As our second season comes to an end, we just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported Nisse Farms this year!
Whether you wandered the flower fields, joined us for a U-Pick, spent an evening at Blooms & Mocktails, became one of our very first Petal Pass members, picked up a bouquet, shopped the farmstand, attended an event, or simply followed along and cheered us on — you helped make this season what it was.
We continue to be blown away by the support this little farm has received and how much it has grown in just two seasons. Seeing so many familiar faces come back again and again, along with so many new ones, means more to us than you know.
And while the flowers may be finished for the year, we certainly aren't!
We have some BIG plans in the works for 2027, and there is a whole lot happening behind the scenes this fall and winter. We can't wait to share more with you as those plans start coming together.
